The human form is a canvas that we get to adorn with the memories of our lives through images, dots, lines and stories . This experience is special, and we are lucky to share it together.

I found tattooing in 2012…or maybe it found me. What began as an exploration of art turned into a means to share art physically. While travelling throughout Asia and Africa from 2014-2018, I discovered new ways of being and sharing my tattooing as art. In 2016, I opened a tattoo studio and artist collective in Hanoi, Vietnam. After some time, my toes felt the tickle and I began to travel and tattoo again. In 2018, I moved to Salt Spring Island and began cultivating a clientele here — moving less and tattooing more. In 2021, my business partner Anh Le and I opened up The Studio on Salt Spring Island where I am currently working.
Creating the space for folx to adorn their bodies while feeling safe
First, we determine if you desire something from my pre-drawn collection of work, or if you are searching for something custom.
For custom work, a 1-hour tattoo consultation is booked in which we get to dream into the tattoo together. This process will include 3 rounds of custom drawings with samples that incorporate your feedback. Once you have received all 3 drawings you will choose the one you like best, or the aspects of each that you like so I can compile your final drawing and prepare it for our session.
I love clear communication and patience, this practice enables me to ensure that you have the tattoo you desire. The more clear, direct and compassionate we can be with each other, the better the tattoo will be for it. It is my hope that you have exactly the tattoo you wish and I know we can get to this place together.
